Strong 3rd Place Finish in Big Block Feature at OCFS
Aug 28th.... Billy and the Len & Jo's Race Team competed in the Big Block Modified division at OCFS on Saturday Night....Billy won his heat race for the 3rd time this season ... He started the feature from the 3rd starting position... It was a tricky track to get a hold of and it seemed to have only one groove with grip... Billy drove a great 30 lap race and finished right where he started, in 3rd ! This was the team's best Big Block finish ever... Everyone at Len & Jo's Racing is very proud of 17 yr old Billy and what he has accomplished in his rookie season..... The team was also celebrating as Rick Mill won the feature in the Len & Jo's car #79x... It was a great night at OCFS... One more point race remains.... Billy will be back at OCFS on Saturday Sept 4th

Billy in The Laner Family #229 at the Orange County fair Speedway Aug 28th... 
Billy and the Laner Family Race Team Competed in a CRSA Sprint Car event at The Orange County Fair Speedway in Middletown,NY ...A poor pill pick placed Billy in the back of his heat ..... He started 7th and finished 5th thus missing the redraw for the feature.... Billy and the famed #229 started the feature in 15th place... Billy drove a great race and finished in 9th... A good solid run for the Laner Family Team... The team may be making a trip to Rolling Wheels Raceway in upstate New York on Sept 24th... If not, the next race for the Sprint Car team will probably be the Eastern States Weekend in late October at the Orange County Fair Speedway.
